Reasons Not To Crash An RC On Purpose

There are many reasons why you should not just go out and buy RC aircraft simply to fly it and crash it on purpose. Here are just some of those all important reasons.

Price

The planes will set you back well over £500, for the decent ones ofcourse and this means that if you are crashing it you are going to have to replace this. The cheapest of things to do and although there are in fact many RC Spares that you can go and buy to replace broken ones but there is no way back if you have a petrol RC as it will explode upon impact to anything really.

Time

It can take a very long time to build up something like this and this is especially true if you are building one of the bigger models. On top of all of this it can be something to sit down with the kids and do, by crashing it you are almost destroying this time.

What Is The Point?

Is there a point in saving up to buy a really nice plane just to fly it into something. People may think it will be a great video on YouTube but that doesnt mean you are going to be getting your money back so make sure you know this. Unless of course you are that rich, if that is the case then just go for it!

If you are hell bent on destroying things then go for something a bit cheaper like the plastic model kits. At least you can glue the parts back together if that breaks.

If your not into the planes why not try one of those RC tanks as they can be really quite fun to drive and have a mess around on, also they are very hard to break so they could be a great gift for a child or someone that is always breaking the things that they own.
